My work in creative development focuses on building those connections through filmmaker training, industry programs, mentorship, and collaborative learning experiences.
As a Program Coordinator with OYA Black Arts Coalition, I have supported initiatives that help emerging filmmakers and production companies strengthen their creative practices, develop their businesses, and navigate the film and television industry.

My work included coordinating industry experts, developing workshop materials, supporting participant engagement, and facilitating sessions covering business models, intellectual property, financial planning, incorporation, and funding readiness.

An industry development program designed to help emerging production companies strengthen their business strategies, understand financing structures, and prepare their projects for future opportunities.
My work includes program planning, participant selection and onboarding, facilitator coordination, curriculum development, and the delivery of industry learning sessions.
Creator Lab
A creative development lab designed around structured learning, peer feedback, project development, and opportunities for filmmakers to strengthen their work.
My contributions have included program research, curriculum planning, development frameworks, and the management of mentorship, pitching, and showcase opportunities.
